I turned an audit-discovered search gap into a repeatable production system for prioritizing, creating, reviewing, and launching brand-specific acquisition pages.
Real Authentication, a SaaS company that verifies luxury goods, came to Greaux Digital at the end of 2018 for an SEO audit. The company serves consumers and resale businesses at a high-anxiety decision point, when they need to know whether a luxury item is authentic. These customers do not casually browse. They search for answers. The audit showed high-intent search demand and a limited organic footprint. The root problem was not a shortage of page ideas. It was the absence of a repeatable way to decide what to build, create it consistently, coordinate specialists, and measure whether it worked.
Customers searched for brand-specific authentication help at the exact moment of doubt.
The site ranked for roughly 359 organic keywords with an estimated $343 in monthly traffic value at the baseline.
There was no shared template, prioritization logic, quality gate, or repeatable copy-to-design handoff for scaling the opportunity.
Every RA order begins with an anxious, high-intent query - "authenticate louis vuitton," "real or fake prada." Yet the site ranked for only ~359 organic keywords worth ~$343/month in traffic value: nearly invisible at the exact moment customers decide. The audit also surfaced a ~17% untapped revenue opportunity in existing funnels (documented in a contemporaneous CEO email and the Greaux Digital CEO's publicly published Upwork case study).
Covering 116 brand-specific pages across distinct search intents could not be managed as one-off content. The audit revealed what was missing: a reusable template, prioritization logic, a quality gate, and a repeatable copy-to-design handoff. Instead of proposing another campaign, I proposed an engine prioritized by the client’s order data, governed for quality, and measured through period reporting.
Numbers first, tour second. Every figure is labeled by its source. I developed the audit strategy alongside the Greaux Digital CEO, who presented the findings. I then developed the landing-page strategy and UX/UI framework, conducted the SEO and brand-authentication research, selected the target keywords, and wrote the source copy for all 116 pages. The final output also reflects the designer, copy editor, web developer, client-provided imagery, and shared approval process.

The deliverable that mattered most was never a page - it was the reusable machine that makes pages: one designed master template, a fixed four-part copy architecture (About the Brand → About Fakes → Our Services → Actionable Authentication Tips), a data-driven rollout order, an explicit quality gate, and a spec'd handoff to design.
Every brand page below is this template plus structured research: brand history in, counterfeit markers in, keyword-mapped headings in. That's what made 18 pages in 15 days possible - and what made quality inspectable: if a section is weak, the system tells you which step failed.
It also made "no" cheap: five brands whose research couldn't fill the template were cut before design ever saw them.
Across the full workstream, 116 brand-specific acquisition pages were created from one repeatable system. The surviving artifact sample includes 24 copy decks and 23 full-page design exports, plus full-month social calendars with a fixed 40/40/20 content mix, a quarterly SEO blog program, and the mobile app landing flow.
Five candidate brands (Tumi, Lanvin, Aquazzura, Alice + Olivia, Oscar de la Renta) were cut from the rollout - filed under "can't find much info on these brands" - because thin research couldn't support a page worth ranking.
My source decks became designed production files, then a live 116-page brand directory.

I co-designed the mobile landing-page experience with the Greaux Digital CEO and graphic designer. I also built the social production system with the graphic designer, then trained the social media manager and handed it off for ongoing execution.

March 22, 2021: a 63-minute recorded internal training I authored and delivered to our social media manager for handoff - hashtag group strategy, profile optimization, reels planning, grid themes, and a content rotation built around an 80% helpful / 20% promotional rule - using the client's live Instagram account on screen. A system is not finished until the next owner can run it without you.

The client fully redesigned their site in 2023 and migrated every URL. The brand-page system survived both: the pages still power the "What We Authenticate" directory, and my copy is still live nearly verbatim - the strongest evidence that this was a system tied to how the business acquires customers, not a batch of deliverables.

Client deliverables belong to Real Authentication and Greaux Digital. Everything shown here is reconstructed from my own original working files - copy decks, calendars, prioritization docs, design exports, and session recordings - plus publicly shipped artifacts on realauthentication.com. Nothing shown is work I didn't do; design execution was completed by the agency's creative team.
Outcome metrics are excerpts from period reporting and are labeled by evidence tier; keyword and revenue growth reflect the full account team's work around the systems described. Charts marked "rebuilt" are designed re-renderings of my original documents, not screenshots.
