Case study

Organic performance revealed where the business could grow next.

I built the keyword, content, landing-page, and production system that turned a broad remodeling account into a focused organic growth program. Strong deck and outdoor-living performance then helped inform a collaborative business decision.

Executive brief

I owned the organic system behind the signal.

Texas Remodeling Pros marketed many services at once. I took ownership of organic growth, including keyword research, editorial strategy, blog development, landing-page strategy, copy, UX direction, and the workflow connecting design, development, social, approvals, and publishing.

When deck and outdoor-living content performed especially well, that evidence helped prompt a collaborative focus decision. I continued directing the organic program while the Greaux Digital CEO led analytics, reporting, paid media, and executive client leadership.

The strategic problem

The account needed focus before it needed more content.

01

A broad service mix diluted priority.

Remodeling, kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, decks, patios, and outdoor living all competed for attention. Producing disconnected content for every service would have created volume without a clear acquisition thesis.

Decision ownership: the shift toward decks and outdoor living was collaborative. My organic work generated the signal. The Greaux Digital CEO and client stakeholders made the final business decision.
The operating system

A quarterly content engine connected intent to execution.

I structured the program so that research, long-form content, landing pages, social distribution, approvals, and scheduling moved as one recurring workflow.

Prioritize search intent

Keyword clusters and service priorities determined what deserved long-form coverage.

Plan one to two months ahead

The calendar connected themes, promotions, blogs, social content, and publishing windows.

Build production-ready content

I wrote structured drafts with titles, URL direction, H1–H3 hierarchy, body copy, CTAs, and implementation notes.

Coordinate and hand off

I managed the organic workflow and approvals, then trained team members to continue recurring execution as the agency grew.

The system produced implementation-ready content that is still live.

Together, the source batch, live blog index, and individual article show the operating system at three levels: planning, portfolio output, and page-level execution.

Evidence and outcomes

Two surviving reports show growth at different checkpoints.

The agency CEO owned analytics configuration and reporting. I owned the organic program described in the reporting. The results below reproduce only the figures visible in the supplied source files.

Category-level evidence

The growth signal was visible in deck-specific search and goal activity.

These reporting screenshots connect the broader growth trend to the deck category. They are directional evidence, not proof that any single tactic caused the results. Analytics configuration and reporting were owned by the Greaux Digital CEO.

From marketing signal to business direction

Organic performance became an input to a larger growth path.

01Organic traction

Deck keywords, blogs, and landing pages gained momentum under my organic strategy.

02Collaborative focus

I, the CEO, and client stakeholders discussed the opportunity. The CEO and client approved the final direction.

03TREX campaign

I created the organic marketing campaign. The CEO later extended the opportunity through paid media.

04Commercial expansion

The CEO secured the TREX partnership and later reported that the client became the #2 national TREX seller.

Evidence boundary: the organic growth metrics are supported by the supplied reports. The #2 national TREX seller outcome is included as an executive-reported business result, not as independently verified analytics.
